• Thunderbolt was the Champion and Top Selling Duroc at the 2000 Fall Classic. 
• He is a big, fast growing, wide sprung boar that is very heavily structured.  He has excellent design being particularly long and level out through his rump with a very high tail setting. 
• Thunderbolt has an abundance of muscle from front to rear with a bold meaty shoulder, a big top and a thick muscular ham.  Heavy boned, extra sound and free- wheeling; he walks wide front and rear. 
• Sired by Wildfire who has exploded onto the show pig scene with numerous winners and out of the top K-Mart gilt in the Howard Parrish sale; he is bred to be great.  Wildfire was the Champion Duroc Boar at the Ohio State Fair in 1998.  No other Duroc has sired more Champion Barrows or Market Gilts across the Midwest in the past two years.  In addition, he has sired a number of breeding show winners including:  SGI 1214 Fizer, the $10,000 Indiana Champion in 2000; Fizer’s littermate gilt that was also Champion at Indiana and sold for $15,500; the $40,000 Reserve Boar and the $20,000 Reserve Gilt at the 1999 Summer Conference.  In addition to siring his share of winners, K-Mart and his sire, Nate 32-10, are both ranked in the Top 40 Durocs for SPI. 
• A Plowhorse look alike in a bigger, leaner package; Thunderbolt may be one of the best Durocs ever at SGI.  He can do it all.
