• A linebred KING DAVID backed by several generations of superior sow productivity, KING DAVID 31-9 excels in maternal design and characteristics. He is a long fronted, level made boar with extra length of body and a long level rump. 
• Along with his elongated, level design; King David 31-9 has very good natural width of body and a very desirable amount of muscle for a maternal line.  His abundant muscle is ideally distributed over a sturdy and very correct skeleton.  He is a heads-up, sound, long striding and very active boar with ideal nipple size, quality and spacing. 
•  KING DAVID 31-9’s dam has averaged 13.6 born live and 11.2 weaned for five parities.  His paternal granddam has averaged 14.5 born live and 11.6 weaned for eight parities.  Both of these sows are long fronted, long bodied, level made sows with super udder quality. 
• KING DAVID 31-9’s sire, King David 81-6, is from one of the most consistent and superior matings at Jenkins.  This mating has produced herd sires now serving at Oklahoma State University, Dave Shelton’s and Jenkins’ as well as 11 superior females in the Jenkins’ herd.
