• Jericho is a unique individual that combines superior maternal characteristics desired in female lines with superior performance and carcass characteristics needed in a terminal sire line. 
• He is from an outstanding sow family that traces to the 1984 Hall of Frame Berkshire sow BPG Missy. 
• Jericho’s dam is a triple bred Lennie, the 1983 National Barrow Show Premier Sire. She has averaged 11.3 farrowed and 10.7 weaned in three litters.  The Gill’s have retained all of her daughters.  These full sisters and half sisters to Jericho have all had excellent underlines and have been the most productive female line at the Gills. 
• Jericho’s dam is also a full sister to the 1985 Houston Champ Berkshire Barrow and a three quarter sister to the 1986 Houston Reserve Champion Berkshire and Wisconsin State Fair. 
• Jericho’s littermate was the Grand Champion Boar at the 1986 Missouri State Fair and seven-eighths brother was the $3400 Reserve Champion boar at the 1986 National Barrow Show. 
• Jericho is a very sound and level designed boar being particularly good in the flexibility to his top, the length and levelness to his rump and height of tail setting. 
• He is also a lean, muscular boar that stands on very heavy bone and a big foot.
