He has a bold shoulder, big blade and forearm as well as being extremely heavy boned and big footed with even toes
Wide constructed with a big, well sprung rib cage and excellent depth of body, he is certainly big volumed and durable
A line bred Marco, Cyclone is bred to be stout with his sire being the SGI 3331 BTI5 Marco 96-5 and his maternal grandsire, SGI 3358 ISU Marco 9-2, both of which consistently sired heavy duty females that excelled in longevity as well as maternal production traits for SGI customers
Cyclone’s dam is linebred to SGI 3302 AR1 Iron Man 54-7 the champion boar at the 2001 Fall Classic and grandsire of the record selling Monopoly
Iron Man 54-7’s son, ISU3 Iron Man 1-3, is also in both the top and bottom side of his dam’s pedigree. Iron Man 1-3 sired the champion boar and reserve gilt at the 2006 World Pork Expo
Cyclone’s dam is a littermate to the very impressive and popular 2009 Hog College Gilt from ISU that sold for $1300.00
Sow productiveity is bred into Cyclone’s pedigree with his sire, Marco 96-5, having excellent EPD’s for NBA and LWT and combines the well proven Alexander and Custi lines at Tempels
Cyclone’s dam is from a litter of 11 farrowed, 9 weaned and 165 lb litterweight. Cyclone is from a first parity litter of 14 born alive, 9 weaned and 135 lb weaning weight
If you need to add stoutness of structure, natural width and body volume to ensure durability and longevity in your sow herd without sacrificing sow production, Cyclone can do the job!
