A big framed, long bodied and super lean boar that is wide made, heavy structured, thick muscled and correctly designed; he offers the opportunity to add scale while keeping the width of body and thickness of muscling for which Hampshire are noted.

He is sired by the great breeding boar, Clyde 100-3, and his dam is a littermate to the 1st place and top selling boar (Partner, owned by Rodbaugh & Callahan) at the 1990 National Barrow Show.

Raisins’ dam is also a granddaughter of Clyde 100-3. Clyde 100-3 has sired the following herd boars: Tiemann’s Hollywood, Birchwood’s Bareback, Compart’s Vinnie, Michigan State, Epp and Carr’s Top Selling boar from the World Pork Expo, plus a number of others that have consistently sired big, lean, superior Hampshire, Daughters of Clyde 100-3 has also been an outstanding barrow sire.
