Pekeri is a very maternal appearing boar.

He is long faced, long necked and extra long bodied. He is also a tall fronted, small eared and heads up boar.

Unfortunately Pekeri hurt a front shoulder and leg during shipment to the USA. He is now rapidly recovering.

There is tremendous reproductive capacity on both sides of his pedigree. His paternal grandam has weaned 10 to 15 several times but her overall average is reduced as a result of two small litters of five and six. His sire has the highest SPI in Finland based on the performance of his 68 daughters. Both grandsires have very high SPI’s based on 360 and 274 daughters. His dam is a big, sound sow that has been super productive.
