GOLD was the fourth highest indexing and 2nd fastest gaining boar in the Missouri Spotted Test. A littermate was top indexing and fastest gaining boar. GOLD continued to stay lean and develop muscle to a heavy weight after coming off test. He shows excellent muscle expression over his top. Out through his rump and down through the center part of his ham. GOLD is a heavy-structured, wide-chested boar with a stout head and a big blade. He has good foot size and superior front leg and shoulder structure. His sire also sired the Champion boar at the Spotted Summer Conference, one of the most popular boars at the Iowa State Fair, and the Hog College and top selling gilt at the 1984 National Barrow Show.
