KNOCKIN BOOTS is a big time addition to our Berkshire arsenal, and was purchased online as a baby pig from Brice Conover!
We have studied our lesson at BTC Berkshires and the Hostile Takeover x Gunslinger sows at Brice's consistently generate pigs that pack some of the extras it takes to be successful on the biggest of stages, and also have a significant amount of breeding versatility as the group of sows carrying that pedigree have generated countless champions.
Grown Man, housed at SGI as well, carries the same sow pedigree and was a littermate to the Champion Berk Barrow at the Arizona National in '16 and the 3rd Overall Berk Barrow at the National Wester Stock Show in '17.
KNOCKIN BOOTS is out there on the edge in terms of his presence, look, balance and build. And even with his extra look and cool design comes with all of the natural width and spread that you would ever want to find in an elite Berkshire herd sire!!!
KNOCKIN BOOTS is the best Berkshire boar housed at SGI in some time. We don't commonly buy baby boar prospects, but we're glad to be KNOCKIN BOOTS with Brice on this guy!!!
