HD3 DE CON 33-4

• De Con was a boar John planned to keep and is a littermate to Hero at Cut Above
• He is sired by Iconic, the $100,000 2013 Word Pork Expo Champion, who is rapidly establishing himself as a great sire with his first progeny
• His dam is a littermate to De Freeze and is one of John's very best young sows.  She excells in structure being massive in her skull, forearm, blade and rib yet still has a flexible, feminine look.  Big legged and big footed she has consistently passed her extra structure to her offspring
• De Con is stout headed and comes at you with a wide chest floor, bold shoulder and a big well arched rib cage
• He is opened up at the top of his blades as well as any Duroc we seen recently.  He carries this extra expansion of top of his blade into a big back and a wide, thick square rump
• De Con's side view illustrates a level topline and deep rib, body and flank that gives him a very productive look
• Thick and expressively muscled from front to rear he has that extra dimension going way that it takes to win
• Stout yet clean and flat about his bone work; he sets his big feet down squarely at the ground
• A great pedigree of proven production and show ring winners combined with a msasive, big bodied expressively muscled, and sound phenotypic.
