• Prophet was the $11,000 Champion Yorkshire Boar at the 1998 National Barrow Show. 
• A March 20^th baby at the show he has continued to develop beyond our expectations. He is an ultra trim and a remarkably shapely-muscular boar.  Extra clean about his head and jowl and very expressive down his top, he has a definite groove from end to end with only 0.28 backfat. 
• When he goes away from you, one is surely not disappointed with the tremendous amount of muscle he expresses in his butt; yet, he is very sound and wide walking off his rear wheels. A tall fronted, level made boar; he has that added style and balance of a winner. 
• Prophet’s pedigree combines some of the most prepotent sires in the Yorkshire breed including Premier AA 5-15, UR2 Premier AAS 290-5, All Star, Champion Turk 592-4, Lars and Jens.  Prophet was the first son of Promise Keeper exhibited. You will definitely hear more about this half-brother to Frontier, Echo, Ricochet, Power Ball and Body Slam.  The four littermate 62 litter sows including Promise Keeper’s dam, 62.3, have all been at the top of the Lorenzen herd in sow productivity (15 parities, 11.0 born alive and 9.5 weaned) and generating ability. 
• Prophet’s dam is sired by All Star whose daughters are making breed history.  All Star has sired Champion Gilts and been Premier Sire at a number of national and state shows.  He has also sired two Champion Yorkshire Market Hogs at The American Royal and Champion Barrow and Reserve Grand 4-H Market Hog at the 1996 Iowa State Fair.  However, even more impressive is the string of winning Yorkshires that have been out of All Star’s daughters.  In addition to Prophet, the 1998 World Pork Expo Champion Gilt, the 1997 World Pork Expo Reserve Gilt, the Reserve Champion as well as a $3200 Gilt at the 1997 National Barrow Show and the 1998 Fall Classic $16,000 Reserve Boar are all out of All Star dams. 
• Crowned the National Barrow Champion with an illustrious pedigree and Prophet for a name, expectations are high; however, if you observe this stud at nine months of age you will believe.
