• Slama Jama was our $13,000 choice out of the popular litter from Rosedale Pork Farm at the 1999 World Pork Expo.  A littermate boar sold for $25,000 and a littermate gilt brought $3,000.  Another littermate boar was the Champion at the Illinois State Fair. 
• We believe Slama Jama is one of the soundest and heaviest structured of all the Slam Dunk sons that are out there today. 
• Slama Jama has grown into a big boar that still has extreme muscle shape down his top in combination with a big expressively muscled rump and very thick, deep expressive ham. 
• A big footed, heavy boned boar with excellent spring of rib; he is still very extended and clean made from front to rear. 
• His sire, Slam Dunk, needs no introduction to the barrow industry.  His offspring dominated the Southwest Barrow shows last year including Grand Champion at Houston, San Antonio and Tulsa.  Two sons sold for $52,000 and $50,000 at the Indiana State Fair and 10 of the 12 top selling boars at the Fall Classic were by Slam Dunk including the $54,000 Record Selling Champion.
