Irish is a pure Irish Landrace with both parents imported directly from Ireland.

He is one tremendous appearing individual that combines frame size, heaviness of structure and correctness of design into a powerful package.

A big bladed, heavy boned, big footed boar; Irish really excels toughness with super mobility. He is also extremely long bodied, yet wide sprung with good spring and depth of rib.

A very lean topped boar with very good muscle shape; he is very level and flexible in his design. He has an excellent underline and big testicles.

Irish is from a litter of 16 born alive and 12 weaned. His dam has averaged 11.2 farrowed alive and 10.4 weaned for five parities.

Because of his extreme heavy duty, tough design; we feel Irish would be an excellent boar to follow up on Muxfeldt, Daim or Falken daughters or to cross with daughters of the Swedish Yorkshire imports for the production of highly productive, durable F1 females.
