• Skyway puts together several of the best generating and most popular lines in the Berkshire breed today. 
• He is sired by Skyline, the record selling Hog College Boar at the 1995 National Barrow Show.  Skyline excelled in frame size and leanness, which he consistently stamped on his offspring.  Skyline in turn was sired by the 1995 Summer Conference Champion and the great Breeding Boar, Horizon.  Horizon has certainly had an influence on making U.S. Berkshires leaner and more muscular. 
• Skyway’s dam was bred by Triple M Farms (Myron Dammann) and is sired by the record setting and top selling National Test Boar, Kahuna.  Kahuna added an extra dimension of body volume and tremendous growth to the Berkshire breed.  Hess breeding also appears on the top and bottom side of Skyway’s pedigree contributing excellent Berkshire breed character. 
• Skyway is an erect eared, totally black colored boar with the traditional Berkshire five white points. 
• A wide-based, wide-sprung boar; Skyway is bold about his shoulder, big-ribbed and thick square rumped. 
• He has very good muscle expression down his top as evidenced by his 6.92 LEA, a dimple above his tail and a thickly muscled ham. 
• A level made, very well balanced boar; Skyway is super sound on both ends.
