• Clarence was the Grand Champion Berkshire boar at the 1983 Iowa State Fair and one of the top performing boars in the Iowa Swine Testing Station. He traces 8 times to Badger and his pedigree is rich in performance testing. 
• His paternal grandsire, MC Mr. Buffalo, was a top selling Berkshire boar at the National Barrow Show and has sired several top indexing boars in central test stations. 
• Clarence’s maternal grandsire, MV Bubba, was a Berkshire Conference class winner and the fastest growing boar (127 days to 230) in the Berkshire breed at that time. 
• Other top performing Berkshires appearing in Clarence’s pedigree are Cockroach, Sampson, Eclipse, TX Stud, the 1977 Hog College Gilt (PA Ebullent), GKB Mobiles Angel and Hall of Frame sow, S’s Bad Betty. 
• Clarence is a very long-bodied yet bit volume boar with excellent length and levelness to his rump and good rear leg structure. 
• Clarence is from an outstanding litter with 5 gilts retained in the Biensen herd and his mother is a good milking sow that has weaned every pig born alive in her first three litters.
